Geraldine and her 'Baby'

Bought Geraldine her first Doll and she loves her little 'Baby'. She will pat and sayang her Baby. Sometime she will play rough and just drag her Baby by her hair.
Geraldine's Progress:
1) She will make her Baby stand and command her Baby to 'Walk'.
2) She will use her spoon to try to feed her Baby.
3) Daddy taught her there are stars in the sky at night.
4) She is able to identify the moon in the sky and say 'moon'.
5) She loves playing with water in her cup and just keep stirring the water with her spoon. It keeps her happy for a long time.
6) This morning our little darling woke us up before 6am. As she was lying on the bed playing, she suddenly said 'Oo Oh' with a cute high notes. She sounded so adorable and she has been saying 'Oo Oh' ever since.

Learning Time

Every morning, Geraldine will pass by these 3 teaching cards on the way to the kitchen. PoPo or Daddy will try to teach her to identify the items. So far she only knows Strawberry, banana and pumpkin.... Polar Bear is still 'Dog' to her coz the neighbour has a big and creamy white dog that looks just like a Polar Bear. We are trying to correct her on this.

Even though Daddy was really tired after his trip yesterday, he brought us to Expo for the Popular Book Fair to get our darling some books for her enrichment.

At Changi Airport T3

After the beach outing, we decided to drop by T3 to take a look at the new terminal. At the viewing gallery looking at aeroplanes.

At East Coast Park

Bought Geraldine to East Coast Park this morining. We reach around 8am plus and the sun was really hot and bright. Geraldine afraid of the waves...trying to move away.Geraldine warming up and getting ready to start digging.
Got the hand of digging and enjoying it!
Just when the fun gets started for her, we have to go off, getting too hot & sunny for everyone.

Thomas The Train Ball Pit

Thank you Auntie Kwee Hon for the Thomas The Train Ball Pit! Geraldine was so excited when she saw the box and wanted me to open the box for her. When she saw so many balls in the box, she cried out 'Ball' so loud and kept saying 'Ball Ball Ball'! She's happily enjoy going in and out of the pit, throwing the ball & running after them.

She has grown taller, her dresses are getting shorter and shorter. She is looking more and more like a demure gal now with longer hair...haha..Daddy taught her to kiss us on the cheeks. She can do it now but have to give her some incentives before she willing does it, etc. give her food or bring her for her shower.

Recovery from German measle

Thank you my dear friends for your concerns over Geraldine's fever. She has recovered from her German measle and is a healthy happy naughty little girl again.
Geraldine progress:
1) Geraldine is able to climb up our high king size bed all by herself.
2) She figured out how to take off her own socks.
3) When she wants to be carried, she will say 'UP'.
4) She has easy access to the kitchen drawers and is forever putting her toys inside the drawers.
5) We taught her to say 'Bun' for the 6 in 1 pack bread a couple of days ago and I'm quite surprise she calls out 'Bun' just now pointing to the pack of bun bread on the table.
6) From one of the Barney songs on bubbles, she learn and called out 'Bubbles' whenever the song came up.
7) Her favorite soft toy is her new pink little bunny given by Auntie Kwee Hon(belongs to Javier). When we say kiss the rabbit she will picks up her little bunny and starts kissing. But she just doesn't want to kiss the adults though including mummy and daddy.

German measle...

We only knew Geraldine is having German measle today when the red little spots start appearing. *whew* at least we know what is causing her fever rather than the uncertainty we when through the last couple of days wondering what is wrong.

Here my little darling, busy pulling out all the tissue to start cleaning the floor.Little Miss Naughty up to mischief.

High fever

Geraldine was having high fever of 39.3 in the evening and both of us were so worried we rush her to KK hospital. Doctor say its fever with no caused and suggest to take urine test to rule out the possibility of UTI. Geradline was so frightened of the doctor and when we put her on the bed she keeps screaming and crying non-stop. We waited almost 2 hours for Gerladine to urine and when she finally did, it all goes ino her diaper! Both of us gave up and went home as it was really late 11+ and Geraldine is gettting tired and traumatized over the whole experience. We hope to collect her urine again tomorrow.

Poor little darling - sick again

Poor little Geraldine, she just recovered from her flu and coughing just a couple of days ago and now she is down with fever of up to 39 degree. Got us so worried last night, hope she will recover soon.

oh oh oh

Geraldine keep making her mouth into an 'O' when she watch her Barney whom she calls 'Ba Ba'.
1) Over the weekend, Daddy taught Geraldine to identify her toes, fingers, hair, tongue, piglet, rabbit and Pooh bear. And she has done a good job remembering them all. Well done little angel!
2) She has been pointing & identifing the lights on the ceiling as 'duck' don't know how she got that, we are trying to correct her on this.
3) Her latest favorite game is to hold my hand (& nobody else), she will say 'Down' and she will sit on the floor and then I will say 'Up' and she will get up and she can play this non stop for 20 mins... no wonder I'm starting to slim down again...haha... great work out!
4) Since she has recovered from her flu and cough last week, her appetite is back now and she is always say 'mumm mumm' whenever someone has food in his hand. She is heavier now and we both hope she can put on a little bit more weight and hopefully looks a little bit chubbier?
5) She is learning to say 'Yes' whenever we ask her 'Geraldine, do you want to mumm mumm?'

20th Year anniversary

Time flies and the 3 of us had known each other for 20 years.

20years with Jeslyn.
Joyce and me goes all the way back to Pri 2 and that is 25 years ago!!! In our hands are CD burnt by Jeslyn with all the photos we had taken since our secondary school days. Thank you Jeslyn for your hardwork to rush this through overnight.
