Got fever today and have to stayed home.....so I dressed myself up with my sunglasses, Hello Kitty rings and bracelet.

Auntie Brenda gave me my really early birthday present. I got a Hello Kitty jewellery box with very pretty rings, ear rings and bracelet, a Hello Kitty Wrist bag and Mummy got herself a nice Anna Sui Perfume. Thanks you so much Auntie Brenda, this is my first set of jewelleries.

Her new bed

We have been bed shopping for the pass couple of days trying to get a bed for Geraldine so she can sleep in her own room with Daddy after I gave birth end of Dec. Finally, we decided on a white soft headboard super single bed coz we are worried if we get the wooden type she might knock her head at night when she sleeps. Also bought her favorite Disney princess bedsheets, she is so excited and have been climbing up and down her bed. So far she only takes her afternoon nap on her new bed, at night she still shares ours

Mid Autum Festival

Geraldine all dressed up this morning for her childcare mid Autumn celebration... She is so happy and keep telling me she look very pretty with her dragons and ribbons pink Chinese traditional dress.

Geraldine and her Care Bears

Ever since we borrowed the Care Bears DVD movies from the library, Geraldine has been watching the same movie every night for the pass 2 weeks. So we got her 2 Care Bears since she has been a really good gal. Another one was given to her by Auntie Serena some months ago. Here she is watching Care Bears movie with her new Care Bears.

Singing the National Anthem

Every since the National Day, Geraldine has been singing the National Anthem and songs like Count on me Singapore, Stand up for Singapore. I'm quite surprised she is able to sing the whole National Anthem and is also picking the pledge in English and Mandarin.

Her Favorite Puzzle

Geraldine loves puzzles, she has been doing the same puzzle for a couple of weeks now.

Here she is doing the puzzle all by herself without any help from us. She has to play this every night for at least 5 to 6 times before she is willing to sleep.

A Happy and proud gal. Keep telling us she is a big gal now and can do it all by herself. We have to get her more complicated puzzle now.

East Coast Park

It was a cool day and was drizzling slightly when we set out for East Coast Park. We had breakfast at Old MacDonald again...Geraldine's favorite.

Finally the rain cleared and here I am digging in the sand with my daddy. I love sand digging and castle building.

I'm hard at work digging and having lots of fun.... Daddy and Mummy will be buying me a new Doll Doll today coz I broke mine old one while using it to hit my Daddy this morning..... not because I'm noti but coz my Daddy was disturbing me.....

My first trip to the Dentist

Today Daddy and Mummy is bringing me for my first dentist appointment. I don't know what is it all about.... I'm just happy when they told me we are going out shopping....

Sengkang swimming complex

Both Daddy and Mummy is on leave today as my childcare is closed. Daddy decide to bring me for a morning swim at Sengkang swimming complex that has lots of water slides. See the cool slides behind me...

After all the excitment and fun, we go to my favorite fast food... Old Macdonald for my early lunch! Yummy!!!

Conrad Hotel stay

Going for the Conrad complimentary one night stay today. Waiting for Daddy to come back from work to pick us up as Mummy has to go for her weekly jab today. This is how I smile whenever Mummy or Daddy ask me to post for the camera.

Went over to Carrefour.....Mummy was tired and not full after the noddle so we just grab some items to eat in the hotel.

See the new Hi-5 wallet that Daddy got for me..... I love it! Mummy and Daddy was so tired and since I already had my PM nap at 12 noon in the car, I wasn't tired at all. I keep jumping on the bed in the continental suite that we are staying, thus both Mummy and Daddy couldn't rest.

So we went for early dinner at Crystal Jade and everyone was in bed by 7.30pm.

Woke up at 6.30am and went down for our breakfast! Here I am enjoying my seaweed. Breakfast was nice and yummy!

Posting again...

Checking out the pool, didn't get to swim as it was a pretty cold morning.

We checked out at 9am.... since Mummy was tired and didn't want to walk around Suntec.... we headed home. Here I am pulling the luggage..I'm a big gal now can help my Mummy and Daddy...

It was fun staying in the hotel...but I still prefer my home where I can play with my toys!

School work

Some of her school work...she only attended 4 days of class for the month of June.

Finally, after everything she has gone through, she is happy and healthy now. We are at home and she is cutting out little triangle all by herself. And she is so proud when she got them in perfect shape.

Hand food mouth

After she was discharged, we notice she had some tiny red spots on her mouth and hands and suspected she got hand food mouth from school as there were some cases in skool. Thus, we went down to Dr Wong and he confirms it. I was guessing maybe her fit was triggered by the hand food mouth virus??? Luckily, Geraldine got a mild case of HFMD, she didn't complaint of any pain from her uclers, though her appetite was pretty poor. She has slim down so much over the past few days. Poor baby..... its seems she is sick every two weeks since she started school, hope she will build up her immune system soon and not fall sick so often.

Hospitalized!!

I was resting at home, when I received a called from school and told me Geraldine was unconscious!!! My heart nearly stopped!!! I was so terrified and was crying and telling myself pls don't let anything happen to my gal! I called CH and told him to rush down to the school and I speed all the way to school, hoping to reach there before the ambulance.
When I was there, Geraldine was crying for me. Teachers told me she lost conscious for about 10 mins and had fits when she woke up!! The principal quickly drove us to Mt Alvernia to see her usual PD Dr Ong. I was so worried, Geraldine was so tired and keep falling asleep.... Dr Ong says usually fits is related to sudden increased in temp and running a high fever but the strange thing was, her temperature wasn't that high to cause a fit in the first place and we didn't have any family history. Thus, she was hospitalized to be put under observation and some blood test to be run. Both CH and myself stayed overnight in the hospital with her... my poor daring... it pains me to see them take blood from her, but surprising she didn't cry. I think she was too tired to know what the nurses were doing. Dr Ong came to see her in the evening and said to closely monitor her fever, if too high she might go into a fit again. We were so worried....and Geraldine was crying to go home. Nobody get to rest that night as she was waking up and having problem sleeping. I was feeling really terrible too with my MS and giddiness. We were all so glad to go home the next day and to further monitor her fever. Both of us pray hard that this is a one time occurrence and she will be fit and healthy and it won't come back again if not she will have to go for brainwave testing.
